1. Warranty conditions:
- The product is warranted free of charge if the product meets the following conditions:
+ Defective product
+ Still in the warranty period
- Cases that are not covered by warranty or incur warranty fees:
+ Violation of one of the free warranty conditions in section 1.
+ The customer arbitrarily intervenes to repair the product.
+ The product is damaged due to user error, and the defect is not covered by the warranty of Masta Interior, due to preservation, due to water immersion….
2. Warranty period:
Masta Interior 's products are warranted for 12 months from the date of completion of installation and product handover based on the date on the Value-Added Invoice or on the Cash Receipt.
In the case that the warranty period expires, customers who need to repair will be supported by us with a preferential price.
